This committee shall consist of four six tenured professors and two tenured associate professors. Two of these six eighteight shall be from the College of Arts and Science. At least one member of the Committee shall be a woman and at least one member shall be a man. In addition one CNTT faculty member at the rank of associate or full professor will serve as an ex officio member of this committee voting only on CNTT cases. No administrative officers (including department chairs) should be appointed to serve on this committee.
