The following pages (at least) are missing annotations indicating what was most recently revised:

On http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/41147-sabbatical-leaves there should be a notation at the end of the "application procedure" section indicating that this was the section revised in 2009.
On http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/41146-research/scholarship-semester-tenure%E2%80%90track-assistant-professors there should be a notation at the end of the fifth paragraph indicating that this was the section revised in 2009.

On http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/preface-about-handbook the reference to a "new version" of the Faculty Advisement Handbook "coming soon" has been there at least since January 2004. Perhaps it's time to admit that this reference is now obsolete?

There are several problems with out-of-date administrator titles (mostly references to the Vice President for Administration):

Did you mean to paste the entirety of http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/414-conditions-employment above the table of contents in http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/41-faculty-appointments-and-conditions-employment?

On http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/4113-additional-university-payments-faculty, two paragraphs from the previous version (starting with "Teaching in the Division...") have been removed. No update has been noted, so it looks like they were deleted inadvertently.

The previous policy on "Employment of Members of the Same Family and Academic Conflicts of Interest" has been split into http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/4210-academic-conflicts-interest and http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/4211-employment-members-same-family. But each page has exactly the same text. Long ago, when there was only an employment policy, it consisted of just the first paragraph, so maybe the remaining three paragraphs comprise the academic policy.

The vendors are wildly out of date on

I don't see how including the vendor improves the document, whereas if the name were stricken the policy wouldn't have to be continually updated. The life insurance options are also no longer accurate.

On http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/511-benefits-retired-faculty, second paragraph under "Retirement Leave", second sentence should read "2.5%" to conform with wording in CBA, Section 9.8(c).

On http://facultyhandbook.udel.edu/handbook/514-tuition-exchange, the information regarding scheduling, etc., is out of date. Perhaps a link to http://www.udel.edu/Benefits/menu_tuitionexchange.html would be better.
