Subject: Re: Proposed changes to Spanish Studies Minor

Dear Beth,

Thanks to you and the committee for your careful scrutiny of this change. Actually the entire minor must be completed with courses taught in Spanish. The non-SPAN courses currently listed--ARTH 339, HIST 339 and POSC 441--are taught abroad in Spanish. The new additions would not pose an additional burden--they would simply give students more options.

Please feel free to contact me if further clarification is required.

Best,
Cindy
