below:
The
change in name for the Food and Agribusiness Management minor to
Food
and Agribusiness Marketing and Management is fine with the
Department of Business Administration.
Thanks,

Andrews
Describe the rationale for
the proposed program change(s):
(Explain your reasons for creating, revising, or
deleting the curriculum or program.)
Rational for Name Change:
This will keep the name of the Minor consistent with
the new name (pending) of the Major, Food and Agribusiness Marketing and Management.
Rational for Revision in the
Requirements:
FREC 427 is no longer offered by the Department and so is
deleted. The addition of FREC 430 keeps the number of overall options constant
(students must take 5 total of the 9) and reflects the increased emphasis on
this course.  Lastly, this reorganization
also gives a better mix of 300 and 400 level courses across the two areas.
Program Requirements:
(Show the new or revised curriculum as it should appear
in the Course Catalog.  If this is a revision,
be sure to indicate the changes being made to the current curriculum and include a side-by-side comparison of
the credit distribution before and after the proposed change.)

revisions to the requirements are:
